How to obtain a patent?

The following procedural steps should be taken.

Submitting a patent application, which includes:

• The patenting  application form,
• The description of the invention,
• Patent requests determining the extent of the protection,
• Drawings, if any,
• The invention abstract,
• Fee payment evidence,
• Authorization (if the applicant doesn’t reside in the country),
• The advantage certificate, if there’s a prior foreign application.
• The formal examination and the tariff payments,
• Publication after 18 months,
• Patenting,
• Annual tariff payment,
• Patentable evidence within 9 years.
